CTO Midtown Express at the Barnes Museum 10/19/19

CTO Midtown Express was honored to perform at Barnes Museum in Philadelphia, PA for the wedding reception of Annie Martinez, and Greg Kubicek. The museum was magnificent and a memorable location for a marvelous party featuring CTO Midtown Express.

 

The event began with Greg’s Parents, Betty and John Kubicek, entering the room to “We’ve Only Just Begun” (the song for their first dance). Annie’s Parents, Phyllis and Steve Martinez, entered to the melody of “Hey Big Spender”. The bride and groom, announced as “Dr. and Mrs. Greg Kubicek”, then entered to “Let’s Get It Started”

 

After their First Dance, “I Don’t Need Anything but You” from the movie Annie, the bride and groom welcomed the guests and the blessing was given by Annie’s Aunt, Sister Joanne Wallace. Toasts we’re offered by Steven Martinez (father of the bride) and John Kubicek (father of the groom) Later in the evening there was a joint parent dance to Adele’s Make You Feel My Love.

 

The attendees then filled the dance floor to the music of CTO Midtown Express, featuring Na’eemah Harper, Jea Street, and Kharisma Mcllwaine. The party concluded with Midtown playing Don’t Stop Believing to a joyous crowd.
